Why I will never spend a penny on novels or books?

In my opinion, buying books is destroying the earth in some ways. Do you know that it took around 400,000 trees to publish Harry Potter series? It does not include other trees that may need to be removed to access the useable wood.

In order to save the earth, we need to reduce the usage of the unnecessary books. So, i'd rather spend my money on IT stuffs than books. Even if I want to read a book, I will just go to Library. :)

That's just my opinion. Pls leave message if you have a better idea.

CoinDozer Coins cheat - Advanced

This is an advanced Coindozer cheating technique. And it will only work on jailbroken iphone/itouch. And HEREEEEE is another way to cheat.. but it is simple and will give you only a few coins..

1: go to cydia and install " ifile "
2: open ifile /Applications/coindozer package/library/preferences/com.leftover.CoinDozer.plist/

3: you will see a text file and then find <>total_coins . under that line <>theAmountYouWant

change theAmountYouWant to the number of coins you want...






you're good.. you can change the number of prizes you've earned also there. play around..... :)

My First Iphone Application Released!

I've been doing and learning Xcode since a few months ago. I finalized a project 2 days ago and just released it on Cydia. I don't want to drop it in Apple App Store because I haven't gotten developer license (join their team 99$.)
It's just because I still thinking that I don't have the ability and skill necessary to become a real developer. I'm learning a few more features. After that, I might join.


It's called StudentSpecial ... it's on Cydia. And of course, it's free version.

Connect jailbroken itouch, iphone to mac!

one of the easiest way to connect your jailbroken itouch and iphone to mac is to install Netatalk from cydia.
after you've installed netatalk, reboot your device. and then make sure you connect your idevices and mac in the same network (wifi ) .

after that, you will see your idevices on your finder on mac. then connect using ssh log in.. default username is root and password is alpine

ldid code signature on Mac Terminal.

First, put your app file in /Applications of your idevices through ssh.
Make sure you've installed OpenSSH and ldid on your idevices, you can get them from Cydia.
then, fire up your terminal on mac and type


1: ssh root@your_IP
2: password: root_password
3: cd /Applications/your_appName.app
4: chmod 755 your_appName
5: ldid -s your_appName


for instance, let say my app is named Advancedapp

then, it should be ldid -s /Applications/Advancedapp.app/Advancedapp

You may get the following message. but it's okay. your app should work on devices if your app is good.

util/ldid.cpp(576): _assert(2:false)
util/ldid.cpp(582): _assert(0:WEXITSTATUS(status) == 0)

4: finally,,, kill SpringBoard by the command, killall SpringBoard


You're done.

ssh: connect to XXXX port 22 connection refused fix!

I got that message when i was trying to connect my itouch and mac via ssh..
i found out that it was because i had not installed Openssh on itouch.

So, if you get that message... install "OpenSSh" on your idevices first via Cydia.

Respring Iphone, Itouch.

The best and easiest way to respring, reboot iphone , itouch is to change language..

1: go to setting and change language.

Use itouch as wireless mouse!

I found a cool iphone app which will let you use your itouch as a trackpad.

Download iph application from itunes store here.

After that, it is easy to set up.

1: you will need to install an application for your mac or windows too. DOWNLOAD HERE FOR MAC. OR FOR WINDOWS.

2: install it and you will see this.

3: Run application on your itouch or iphone. There is a setting button at the left hand corner. Click on it and enter your IP: and Port: numbers. That's it.

FYI: Facebook Credits! DO NOT ADD YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!

If you have any make purchase on facebook games like mafia wars, etc, facebook will store your credit cards info automatically. You don't need to type in again for next purchases.

You must delete this! If someone hacks your facebook account, they can now make facebook-related purchases automatically without any additional approval or passwords needed.

To delete these payment methods:

1) Go to Facebook Account, Account Settings
2) Click the "Payments" tab
3) Click the "manage" out beside "Payment methods"

Google add Multiple accounts Features!

Those of you with several Gmail accounts, take note. Google on Thursday officially enabled multiple sign-ins, which will let users switch back and forth between Gmail accounts without going through the sign-in procedure. This is really useful for me! :D


To enable, go to google.com/accounts and find "Multiple sign-in." Click "Edit' and make your selections.

Gmail: Update!

Gmail New function: you can drag files out of messages and save them. Put your cursor onto the files. You will see "Click to view or drag to save"

umm.... now I am not sure why I'm putting so much effort to something as silly as blogging. After all, who even reads this? LOL
This may be useful when I try to get a space in MIT. Hehe, at least i have something to show them what I've been doing this whole days, months and years.

And, sometimes I feel sick and tired of everything in this world. People are eating one another to survive. Only the strongest and best survive. ummm.... anyway, I am grateful that I have chances to do what I like.

IOS 4 Jailbreakme!

Step 1: Start iTunes and back-up everything from Contacts, Calendars, Photos, Videos and Apps.

Step 2: Update your iPod touch 3G and iPod touch 2G MC model on the latest iOS 4.0 firmware with iTunes.

Step 3: Once you are done with the update, make sure you are connected to a WiFi network.

Step 4: Open Safari on your iPod touch and navigate to http://jailbreakme.com or http://jailbreakme.modmyi.com

Step 5: “Slide to Jailbreak” to begin the jailbreak process.

Step 6: Wait till the jailbreak tool download the required files..

Then you will have Cydia in your itouch.
